GIRL, ARE YOU ONE OF OUR FOUNDING 20?
THE GIRL U CUTE BUT CAN U COOK® CREATOR ARMY IS CALLING!
Girl, you love to eat? Love to cook? Or are you still trying to figure out why your chicken never looks like the picture? 😂
We might have a spot for you!
We're hand-selecting 20 women to become the original Founding Creators of our Creator Army.
And listen, we're not just handing you an affiliate link. We're giving you a chance to be part of something BIG!
HERE'S WHAT OUR FOUNDING 20 CAN LOOK FORWARD TO!
FREE COOKBOOK: Get our digital cookbook with over 150 recipes.
GET PAID: Earn 30% commission on every qualifying cookbook sale you generate.
WEBSITE SPOTLIGHT: Get an opportunity to be featured on our official website.
CHRISTMAS BILLBOARD: Yes, girl, a REAL billboard! You could be selected for a feature on our Christmas billboard.
FOUNDING CREATOR STATUS: Be one of the original 20 women who helped bring our Creator Army to life.
BUT WAIT. WHICH CUTIE ARE YOU?
Our cookbook has 11 original Cute Chef characters, each with her own personality.
Before you tell us why you belong in the Creator Army, we want you to take our Cute Chef Quiz!
Find out which character matches your personality, then tell us:
Which Cutie represents YOU?
WHAT IF YOU'RE THE 12TH CUTIE?
Girl, what if none of our 11 characters represents you?
THEN CREATE YOUR OWN!
Tell us her name, her personality, her cooking style, and what makes her different.
We're looking for a fresh personality to inspire a possible 12th Cute Chef character in our NEXT cookbook!
If we select your idea, you could help inspire an official new character and receive a special name credit in the next cookbook.
Yes, YOUR name could become part of our cookbook history!
Final character selection and design are subject to our creative approval.

Here's how to apply:

We want your personality, your story, and your love for food!

YOU EARN PER SALE
Commissions are calculated on the verified sale amount after discounts, excluding tax and shipping, rounded to cents. Ten sales is $144.00. Earnings are performance based and never guaranteed. Nobody here gets paid for recruiting. Money only moves when a real cookbook sells. Your dashboard tracks your commissions and earnings from verified sales.
Questions creators ask
Is it free to join?
Getting on the waiting list is free. The first 20 approved founding creators receive complimentary digital cookbook access. Beginning with creator #21, approved standard creators purchase the digital cookbook for $47.99. There are no installment payment plans. Standard creators become eligible for reimbursement of that cookbook purchase after two qualifying referred sales, subject to verification. The Founding 20 limit covers the complimentary cookbook access only. It does not limit the total number of creators who can join.
How many creators get picked?
Our first 20 approved founding creators receive complimentary cookbook access. Other approved creators can join under the standard Creator Army terms.
How much do I earn?
30% of every cookbook sale made through your link. That is $14.40 on each $47.99 cookbook, every time it sells. Nobody here gets paid for recruiting. Money only moves when a real cookbook sells.
How are my earnings tracked?
Your dashboard tracks every commission from your verified cookbook sales: your clicks, your sales, and your 30% earnings by period. Only completed, qualifying sales count.
What counts as a qualifying sale?
A completed, paid cookbook order through your link that has not been refunded or reversed. Clicks alone never count. Only real sales do.
Affiliate disclosure: Creator Army members earn commission on cookbook sales made through their referral links. Program terms and the commission rate are set by Girl U Cute But Can U Cook® and may change with notice to active creators.
Admin Control Center
This is your seat, Jamila, and only yours. Admin tools are restricted to your authorized account, here and in the live app. Member totals and business figures that used to sit here as sample numbers are removed; real numbers appear when the live data connects.
Owner sign-in required
This area holds approvals, refunds, and the image uploader, so it stays locked until the owner account signs in. Members and creators never see it. Preview note (admin only): the owner-email field here is a preview stand-in only and must not become the live security check. The live build protects admin through authenticated permissions on your account.
Waiting list: selection queue
Demo queue: 3 sample waiting list entries waiting · 0 selected in this session · Founding spots 0 / 20 (20 left)
These are the bios from the waiting list. Selecting someone fills one of the 20 Founding spots. When all 20 are filled, the Founding 20 is full.
When a Standard Creator reaches 2 qualifying sales, their refund review appears here with the two verified orders. Nothing refunds automatically. You review and approve it, then it processes through the original Shopify order to the original payment method, separate from commissions.
No refund approvals waiting. This queue fills from real verified sales in the live app, so this preview does not invent names or order numbers for it.

REQUIRED BEFORE LAUNCH · UNRESOLVED. In the live Supabase build, original protected cookbook recipe images must live in private storage and be delivered only after server-enforced authorization confirms the account is entitled (verified purchaser or approved Founding Creator). They must never be reachable through unrestricted public file URLs. This static preview has no server, so its in-page gate is a demonstration only and does NOT satisfy this requirement. Do not mark this passed until the live server-enforced protection is implemented and tested.
OPEN
Full cookbook delivery (production requirement)
REQUIRED AT THE SUPABASE INTEGRATION STAGE · NOT BUILT OR VERIFIED IN THIS STATIC PREVIEW. The current Open My Cookbook action is a preview stand-in: it scrolls to the recipe shelf, which contains 33 character-associated dish cards only, not the complete cookbook. In production, the complete approved 150+ recipe manuscript must be delivered inside the app only to verified purchasers through private storage and signed URLs. The complete cookbook must never be embedded in client HTML. Before launch, verify that authorized purchasers receive the complete approved cookbook.
OPEN
Real authorization (production requirement)
REQUIRED AT THE SUPABASE INTEGRATION STAGE · NOT BUILT OR TESTED IN THIS STATIC PREVIEW. Real authentication, verified Shopify ownership, protected recipe delivery, and database-level authorization must be completed and tested at that stage. The preview uses simulated account states, permissions, and purchases; those simulations do not satisfy this requirement.
OPEN
Talking Cute Chefs: lip-sync model licensing (production requirement)
OPEN · FOUNDER DECISION PENDING. The Talking Cute Chefs upload system, Wake button, ordered Play 1 to 5 audio controls, and per-character hero palettes are built in this preview. Accurate lip-sync is rendered offline, never faked in the browser. Licensing investigation (details in the Lip-sync production panel below): Wav2Lip's license restricts it to non-commercial research use, so it cannot ship commercially without the authors' written permission; MuseTalk's code is MIT but its model weights need written verification; SadTalker's code is Apache-2.0 but its bundled face-restoration models are non-commercial. No model is adopted until commercial licensing is confirmed in writing. First test is Savory Sweetheart's introduction clip only, after her MP3s are uploaded and a model is cleared.
OPEN
Decode My Plate: internal cost report (admin only)
Customer pages show only the customer price. This panel holds the provider, cost estimate, and approval notes, and stays in admin.
AI provider and model Claude (Anthropic) vision · Claude Sonnet 5.5
Pricing source Anthropic price list, 2026-09-29: $2 per MTok input / $10 per MTok output for this model
Assumptions per successful decode About 1,900 input tokens (plate photo + prompt) + about 900 output tokens (full recreation card)
Estimated AI cost About $0.013 per successful decode (1,900 × $2/MTok + 900 × $10/MTok)
Other cost to note Card processing on the $5 pack purchase, charged by the payment processor on the pack sale, not per decode
Customer price (approved launch package, founder 2026-10-24) 3 credits for $5 · 1 credit per successful decode · about $1.67 each
Credit rule Credits deduct only on successful delivery. Failures never consume a credit
Margin note: at the approved $5 price, the per-decode AI cost above is a small fraction of $1.67. The launch package is approved; the customer checkout button stays inactive in this preview until production payment verification is operational.
Decode My Plate: AI test plates and credit testing (admin only)
Private test references. The three demonstration plates are a real accuracy test for the live AI vision service. Their correct dish names are recorded here only, so results can be scored against them. These names and the known ingredients are never sent with an image-analysis request: the AI receives the photograph alone and must read the plate itself. The results shown in this preview are prepared demonstrations, labeled DEMONSTRATION, not live AI analysis, and these plates are not cookbook recipes.
Test plate 1 · THE LOADED SITUATION PRIVATE REFERENCE NAME: Messy Sea Meat Fries
Test plate 2 · THE MYSTERY TOWER PRIVATE REFERENCE NAME: Piled Snapper with Avocado Smash, Jasmine Rice, Pineapple & Plantain
Test plate 3 · THE FLAVOR PLOT TWIST PRIVATE REFERENCE NAME: Greek Jerk Salmon Nachos
What the live AI is scored on: (1) visible proteins and vegetables, (2) hidden or layered ingredients, (3) likely cooking methods, (4) possible seasoning combinations, (5) estimated measurements, (6) instructions for recreating a similar dish, (7) reasonable substitutions. Anything a photo cannot confirm must be returned as an estimate, never as certainty.
Replace a test plate photo (updates the Decode page and the larger view at once; preview session only):
ADMIN TESTING ONLY · SIMULATED TRANSACTIONS. Nothing in this panel charges a card, reaches Shopify, or represents a real payment. Members start at 0 credits, and the customer-facing purchase button adds nothing. Use these controls to rehearse the production credit rules: a simulated verified purchase adds 3 credits, a completed test decode uses exactly 1, and a failed test decode uses 0.
Current simulated balance: 0 credits
No simulated credit activity yet this session.
Production connection requirements (documented; not connected in this preview). Launch package approved by the founder: 3 decode credits for $5. (1) Shopify: a digital credit product at $5 with checkout; the customer-facing button stays inactive in this preview and accepts no money until checkout and verification are live and tested. (2) Order verification: a signed Shopify webhook (orders/paid) is verified on the server before anything is credited; the order ID is stored so a repeated webhook can never credit twice. (3) Supabase: members sign in with Supabase authentication; credit balances live server-side only, never in browser JavaScript, with Row Level Security so a member sees only her own balance and can never edit it from the browser. (4) Protected transactions: every credit change is a row in a transaction ledger (purchase, reservation, completion, release, refund, reversal) tied to the member account and the Shopify order; the server reserves one credit before a decode runs, completes the charge only when a result is delivered, and releases the reservation on failure, so two simultaneous requests cannot spend the same credit. (5) Live AI: the vision service receives only the photograph itself, never a dish name, mystery title, or known ingredients, and its output must mark unconfirmable ingredients as estimates. (6) Recipe storage: finished decodes save to the member's My Kitchen record in Supabase so they survive sign-out and work across devices. (7) Refunds, disputes, and failures: refunds, disputes, and payment reversals append offsetting ledger entries instead of editing history, and any decode that fails to process releases its reserved credit so the member keeps it. GitHub transfer and Supabase integration begin only after the founder approves the complete Muse build.
Character images: your uploader
Your 11 approved character photos are in place, one per character, matched to the right name. Replace a photo here and it updates everywhere at once: the character gallery, quiz results, and a member's home screen. The same approved image stays matched to the same character across the whole app.
Recommended sizes and crop behavior
Character gallery cards Portrait 4:5 · min 800 × 1000 px · cover crop
Quiz results Portrait 4:5 · min 800 × 1000 px · same image, larger display
Personalized home banners Landscape 16:9 · min 1600 × 900 px for a separate banner crop
Crop behavior: images use cover cropping, so the focal point decides what stays in frame. Use the focal-point slider on each character below to set where the face sits, so faces, hair, and hands are not cut off. Gallery and quiz use the portrait crop. The home banner can use a separate landscape crop of the same character in the live build; in this preview the banner reuses the same image with its focal point. One image per character, one focal setting per character, applied consistently in all three places.
Talking Cute Chefs: voices and clips (admin only)
This is where each character's voice lives. One approved portrait and five numbered MP3 recordings per character, recorded by you in ElevenLabs. The five files play in the exact order assigned here: Slot 1 · SAY HELLO is always her introduction. Customers see only the five friendly labels (SAY HELLO, WHY ME?, TELL ME MORE, GIVE ME A TIP, WHAT'S NEXT?) on her personalized MEET page; slot numbers, production purposes, and upload notes stay here in Admin only. Nothing shuffles and nothing rewrites a recording. All fifty-five recordings are built into the app itself as files under assets/voice/, so they are installed every time the app opens: all eleven Cute Chefs are 5 of 5 (Savory Sweetheart, Flavor Baddie, Spicy Starlet, Camille, Umami Unicorn, Sour Scoundrel, Fiery Fusionista, Crispy Critic, Bold Baker, Fresh Fashionista, and Hearty Hero). An upload you make here replaces a built-in clip for this preview session only; the built-in set returns when the app reopens.
Savory Sweetheart
APPROVED PORTRAIT IN PLACE · TEAL-TO-GREEN BACKGROUND, COPPER OUTFIT, WOODEN SPOON, COOKBOOK
Saved file mapping. This is the exact assignment the character page plays from:
Playback tests (kept separate from file checks). A recording counts as playback tested only when this test actually starts it playing and the playhead moves; the file checks in the Preview checks panel only confirm a recording is installed and never claim playback. For every installed recording the test reports: installed, playback started, the correct file played (loaded duration matches the supplied master), and still served by the app package on a fresh request, which is what keeps it available when the app is closed and reopened.
Not run yet in this session. Tap Run playback tests.
Playback test report, 2026-10-24 (all 55 recordings, tested in the actual app). Button-level test: for each of the seven newest Cute Chefs (Spicy Starlet, Camille, Umami Unicorn, Sour Scoundrel, Fiery Fusionista, Crispy Critic, and Hearty Hero), her WAKE button and all five line buttons (SAY HELLO, WHY ME?, TELL ME MORE, GIVE ME A TIP, WHAT'S NEXT?) were tapped in the app and every recording started playing in her own voice: 35 of 35 passed, confirmed by her speaking state on each tap, with no playback failures. The Admin playback suite above was then run against the complete set: 55 of 55 recordings PLAYBACK TESTED (installed, playback started and advanced, the correct file played by duration match, and still served by the app package on a fresh request), zero failures. Switching test: while Spicy Starlet's WHAT'S NEXT? was playing, switching to Camille stopped her recording and reset the page to quiet; every later character switch landed the same stopped way, so only one voice is ever heard at a time. The first twenty recordings and their working player were not changed by this install. The founder's own phone playback check remains the final real-world confirmation.
Post-repair verification report, 2026-10-25 (focused UX repair applied; everything retested in the actual app). The targeted corrections from the founder's repair package are in: her five voice buttons now sit in a two-column grid on phone screens with the fifth button full width (measured on a 390px screen: two 151px columns, the fifth button spanning the full 312px row), and five across on desktop; the customer side carries no technical animation explanation and her Wake status stays simple; the eight gallery color labels, six character descriptions, and six talking-page palettes match the founder-supplied direction; TAKE A TOUR and JOIN FREE stand as two separate choices on the front door, there is no password field anywhere in the signup, and the preview signup states plainly that it opens recipes for this visit only. Button-level retest at phone size: every WAKE button (11 of 11) and every line button on all eleven Cute Chefs was tapped again, and each tap started the correct recording playing, confirmed by her speaking state naming that exact line: 55 of 55. The Admin playback suite above was run again against the complete set: 55 of 55 recordings PLAYBACK TESTED (installed, playback started and advanced, the correct file played by duration match, and still served by the app package on a fresh request), zero failures. Switching test: while Spicy Starlet was speaking, switching to Camille stopped her voice and reset the stage to quiet, and every character switch in the retest landed the same stopped way. Guest journey, verified end to end on a phone-sized screen: a guest took the tour, opened My Kitchen, chose Fiery Jamaican Jerk Chicken from the free sampler, was invited to join free, completed the preview details, and landed back on that same recipe open in full, with the sampler buttons now reading VIEW RECIPE. The voice player, quiz scoring, recipes, original artwork, and Creator Army were not changed by the repair. Real accounts and secure Admin sign-in remain on the Supabase integration checklist; this signup is a preview demonstration for this visit only. The founder's own phone check remains the final real-world confirmation.
Savory Sweetheart's five approved lines, word for word, all recorded by you in ElevenLabs with your own cloned voice and built into her page: Slot 1 · SAY HELLO (Introduction): "Hello, Cutie! I'm Savory Sweetheart. Welcome to Girl U Cute, But Can U Cook?" Slot 2 · WHY ME? (Quiz Connection): "Oh, so you're the Sweetheart with the Savory Vibe!" Slot 3 · TELL ME MORE (Personality): "In my kitchen, everybody eats good. But let me tell you something, Cutie. Flavor is never optional!" Slot 4 · GIVE ME A TIP (Kitchen Tip): "Taste as you go, Cutie. Sometimes all that dish needs is a pinch of salt, a little patience, and some love." Slot 5 · WHAT'S NEXT? (Challenge): "Now you've saved enough recipes! Pick one, cook it, plate it, take that picture, and PROVE IT! I wanna see what you made!" No replacement dialogue is written or generated here, for her or for any character.
Flavor Baddie: character #2, dialogue approved by you (admin only). Voice personality: confident, playful, bougie, funny, and full of attitude; natural grown-woman delivery, not exaggerated or cartoonish. Her five approved lines, word for word, recorded by you in ElevenLabs and uploaded by you into her five numbered slots above, in this exact order: Slot 1 · SAY HELLO (Introduction): "Heyyy, Cutie! I'm Flavor Baddie. Welcome to Girl U Cute, But Can U Cook? And just so we're clear, bland food is NOT invited to this party!" Slot 2 · WHY ME? (Quiz Connection): "Ohhh, so YOU got Flavor Baddie? Okay, I see you! You like your food bold, your presentation pretty, and your flavors LOUD. We might just be besties!" Slot 3 · TELL ME MORE (Personality): "Listen, anybody can make a plate look cute. But when somebody takes that first bite and gets quiet? THAT'S how you know you did something!" Slot 4 · GIVE ME A TIP (Kitchen Tip): "Let me put you on to something. Taste that food before you serve it! Sometimes a little squeeze of lemon wakes the whole dish up. You're welcome!" Slot 5 · WHAT'S NEXT? (Challenge): "Okay, enough looking cute! Get in that kitchen and show me what you got. Cook it, plate it, take that picture, and PROVE IT! Don't embarrass us now!" All five of her recordings are built into the app in that exact order. Nothing is generated or substituted.
Fresh Fashionista: character #3, dialogue approved by you (admin only). Her five approved lines, word for word, recorded by you in ElevenLabs and uploaded by you into her five numbered slots above, in this exact order: Slot 1 · SAY HELLO (Introduction): "Hello, Cutie! I'm Fresh Fashionista. Welcome to Girl U Cute, But Can U Cook? Darling, around here, even the salad deserves its own photoshoot!" Slot 2 · WHY ME? (Quiz Connection): "Ohhh, so you got Fresh Fashionista? Well, look at you! You love fresh flavors, beautiful colors, and a plate that makes everybody stop scrolling. You've got taste, darling!" Slot 3 · TELL ME MORE (Personality): "Listen, darling. The camera might fall in love with a pretty plate, but that first bite tells the truth! I make my food look fabulous, but the flavor? Oh, the flavor must deliver!" Slot 4 · GIVE ME A TIP (Kitchen Tip): "Here's a little secret, Cutie. Always dry your greens before adding the dressing. They stay crisp, the dressing coats them beautifully, and your salad looks absolutely gorgeous!" Slot 5 · WHAT'S NEXT? (Challenge): "Right, darling! Enough admiring the food. It's your turn! Pick a recipe, make it yours, and plate it like it's going on the cover of a magazine. Take that picture and PROVE IT!" All five of her recordings are built into the app in that exact order. Nothing is generated or substituted.
Bold Baker: character #4, dialogue approved by you (admin only). Her five approved lines, word for word, recorded by you in ElevenLabs and uploaded by you into her five numbered slots above, in this exact order: Slot 1 · SAY HELLO (Introduction): "Hello, Cutie! I'm Bold Baker! Welcome to Girl U Cute, But Can U Cook? Oh, you're going to love my kitchen. We bake loud, and we rise cute!" Slot 2 · WHY ME? (Quiz Connection): "Ooh, so you got Bold Baker? I knew you had a sweet side! You love pretty desserts, big flavors, and making everything just right. I think we're going to have so much fun!" Slot 3 · TELL ME MORE (Personality): "Listen, Cutie! I may look sweet, but I take my baking seriously. My cakes are soft, my frosting is fabulous, and if something doesn't rise? Oh, we're making it again!" Slot 4 · GIVE ME A TIP (Kitchen Tip): "Here's my little baking secret! Never pack flour into your measuring cup. Spoon it in gently, then level the top. Too much flour makes dry cakes, and we don't want that!" Slot 5 · WHAT'S NEXT? (Challenge): "All right, Cutie! Preheat that oven and show me what you've got! Pick a recipe, bake it with confidence, plate it pretty, take your picture, and PROVE IT!" All five of her recordings are built into the app in that exact order. Nothing is generated or substituted.
Spicy Starlet (admin only). Her script record, transcribed from your original ElevenLabs recordings and kept in Admin only, in this exact order, with the brand name and her name in their correct spellings: Slot 1 · SAY HELLO (Introduction): "Wah gwaan, Cutie? I'm Spicy Starlet. Welcome to Girl U Cute, But Can U Cook? In my kitchen, the food gets a little fire and the cook gets all the applause." Slot 2 · WHY ME? (Quiz Connection): "Oh, so the quiz matched you with me? I like that. You're bold, you don't run from a little pepper, and you know good food needs personality. You and me, trouble in the best way." Slot 3 · TELL ME MORE (Personality): "Listen, nah. Anybody can make food hot. That's easy. But making it spicy, juicy, and full of flavor? Now that takes talent. The pepper should dance with the dish, not fight it." Slot 4 · GIVE ME A TIP (Kitchen Tip): "Here's my little secret, Cutie. Build that heat little by little. Taste as you go, then finish with a squeeze of fresh lime. We want people asking for seconds, not begging for water." Slot 5 · WHAT'S NEXT? (Challenge): "Come now, Cutie. Grab that recipe and bring your own fire. Cook it, plate it, take the picture, and PROVE IT. I want to see who can really handle the heat." All five of her recordings are built into the app in that exact order, byte for byte as you supplied them. The customer side shows her five labels only; this record stays here in Admin.
Camille (admin only). Her script record, transcribed from your original ElevenLabs recordings and kept in Admin only, in this exact order, with the brand name and her name in their correct spellings: Slot 1 · SAY HELLO (Introduction): "Bonjour, Cutie! I'm Camille. Welcome to Girl U Cute, But Can U Cook? I once flew to Paris for a single soufflé. First class, of course. And was it worth it? Every single bite." Slot 2 · WHY ME? (Quiz Connection): "Ah, so you've been matched with Camille. Exquisite taste, naturally. You appreciate the finer things, proper technique, and a plate that deserves its own reservation. Mediocre? Oh, we don't know her." Slot 3 · TELL ME MORE (Personality): "Some women collect handbags. I collect Michelin-starred dining experiences. Tokyo for omakase, Alba for white truffles, Paris for a tasting menu. I don't need another vacation, darling. I need another reservation." Slot 4 · GIVE ME A TIP (Kitchen Tip): "Let me share a little culinary wisdom. Beautiful scallops must be perfectly dry before they touch a hot pan. Do not fuss with them. Let that golden crust develop. We are searing, not steaming. There's a difference, chérie." Slot 5 · WHAT'S NEXT? (Challenge): "Now, my dear, it's time to demonstrate your taste. Choose your recipe, respect the technique, and plate it like the chef is expecting a Michelin inspector. Take your photograph and PROVE IT! Bon appétit!" All five of her recordings are built into the app in that exact order, byte for byte as you supplied them. The customer side shows her five labels only; this record stays here in Admin.
Umami Unicorn (admin only). Her script record, transcribed from your original ElevenLabs recordings and kept in Admin only, in this exact order, with the brand name and her name in their correct spellings: Slot 1 · SAY HELLO (Introduction): "Oh my gosh! Hi, Cutie! I'm Umami Unicorn. Welcome to Girl U Cute, But Can U Cook? And yes, I wore a designer gown to make noodles. Like, was I supposed to wear sweatpants? Seriously?" Slot 2 · WHY ME? (Quiz Connection): "Wait, you got me? Oh my gosh, that's actually iconic. You love unexpected flavors, you're totally creative, and you're not afraid to be a little extra. Like, finally, someone who understands me." Slot 3 · TELL ME MORE (Personality): "Okay, so I once put miso caramel on vanilla ice cream and literally changed someone's life. Sweet, salty, savory, it was like a whole experience. And yes, I was wearing couture, obviously." Slot 4 · GIVE ME A TIP (Kitchen Tip): "Okay, bestie, here's a little secret. When you're cooking mushrooms, give them some space in that hot pan. Let them get beautifully golden, then add a tiny splash of soy sauce. The umami? Oh my gosh, unreal." Slot 5 · WHAT'S NEXT? (Challenge): "Okay, gorgeous! Pick a recipe, try one totally unexpected flavor combination, and plate it like it's fashion week! Take that picture and PROVE IT! Oh my gosh, I'm literally obsessed already." All five of her recordings are built into the app in that exact order, byte for byte as you supplied them. The customer side shows her five labels only; this record stays here in Admin.
Sour Scoundrel (admin only). Her script record, transcribed from your original ElevenLabs recordings and kept in Admin only, in this exact order, with the brand name and her name in their correct spellings: Slot 1 · SAY HELLO (Introduction): "Well hello there, Cutie. I'm Sour Scoundrel. Welcome to Girl U Cute, But Can U Cook? Everybody loves something sweet. How predictable. Me? I like a little sour with mine. It gives the sweetness a personality." Slot 2 · WHY ME? (Quiz Connection): "Oh, you got me. Interesting. That means you have excellent taste and just enough attitude to make people nervous. You're sweet when you want to be, but you know when to add a little sting. I like you already." Slot 3 · TELL ME MORE (Personality): "Darling, I'm not bitter, I'm balanced. There's a difference. Sugar gets all the attention, but add a little lemon and suddenly everybody's impressed. You're welcome, sugar, again." Slot 4 · GIVE ME A TIP (Kitchen Tip): "Here's a little secret. When your strawberry filling tastes too sweet, add a tiny squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Stir, then taste again. That little bit of acid wakes up the fruit. See? Even sweetness needs someone to tell it the truth." Slot 5 · WHAT'S NEXT? (Challenge): "Now, Cutie, find yourself a sweet recipe and give it a little sour attitude. Cook it, plate it, take your picture, and PROVE IT. And please, make it interesting. I've already had enough disappointment today." All five of her recordings are built into the app in that exact order, byte for byte as you supplied them. The customer side shows her five labels only; this record stays here in Admin.
Fiery Fusionista (admin only). Her script record, transcribed from your original ElevenLabs recordings and kept in Admin only, in this exact order, with the brand name and her name in their correct spellings: Slot 1 · SAY HELLO (Introduction): "Hey, Cutie! I'm Fiery Fusionista. Welcome to Girl U Cute, But Can U Cook? I'm Brooklyn-born, flame-certified, and yes, my food really is that good. Ask around." Slot 2 · WHY ME? (Quiz Connection): "Oh, you got Fiery Fusionista? That means you don't do bland, boring, or basic. You like flavor with attitude, confidence on the plate, and a dish that walks in like it owns the room. Respect." Slot 3 · TELL ME MORE (Personality): "Let me tell you something right now. I cook like people got something to prove, because they do. Celebrities, family, friends, it don't matter. When my food hits the table, everybody gets real quiet. That's how you know I did my job." Slot 4 · GIVE ME A TIP (Kitchen Tip): "Here's your tip, and listen carefully. Season every layer, not just the top. Every layer. If your onions, your meat, and your sauce all have that flavor, your whole dish comes alive. That's not luck, that's skill." Slot 5 · WHAT'S NEXT? (Challenge): "All right now, enough talking. Get in that kitchen and throw down. Cook it bold, plate it like you mean it, take that picture, and PROVE IT. And if you're gonna do it, do it right. Brooklyn would expect nothing less." All five of her recordings are built into the app in that exact order, byte for byte as you supplied them. The customer side shows her five labels only; this record stays here in Admin.
Crispy Critic (admin only). Her script record, transcribed from your original ElevenLabs recordings and kept in Admin only, in this exact order, with the brand name and her name in their correct spellings: Slot 1 · SAY HELLO (Introduction): "Oh hey, Cutie! I'm Crispy Critic. Welcome to Girl U Cute, But Can U Cook? I taste everything, I miss nothing, and yes, I brought my clipboard. Somebody around here has to tell the truth." Slot 2 · WHY ME? (Quiz Connection): "Wait a minute, you got me? Oh honey, that means you got standards. You know when the chicken needs seasoning, when the fries need five more minutes, and when somebody needs to put that spatula down. Finally, somebody with functioning taste buds." Slot 3 · TELL ME MORE (Personality): "Excuse me? Why are we buying Hunt's ketchup when Heinz is sitting right there? Oh, so we bargain shopping now? Okay, boo, then meet me at the farmer's market. Because I'm all for saving a dollar, but we're not saving it on flavor. Next plate, please." Slot 4 · GIVE ME A TIP (Kitchen Tip): "Listen to me, honey. You want crispy potatoes? Dry them first! A little oil, a hot oven, and give them some room on that pan. Why you got them piled up like they're at a family reunion? You want crispy potatoes or a potato slumber party?" Slot 5 · WHAT'S NEXT? (Challenge): "All right, Cutie, go make me a plate worth reviewing! Cook it, plate it, take that picture, and PROVE IT! And don't even think about hiding them burnt edges under some parsley! Honey, I see everything!" All five of her recordings are built into the app in that exact order, byte for byte as you supplied them. The customer side shows her five labels only; this record stays here in Admin.
Hearty Hero (admin only). Her script record, transcribed from your original ElevenLabs recordings and kept in Admin only, in this exact order, with the brand name and her name in their correct spellings: Slot 1 · SAY HELLO (Introduction): "Hey, Cutie! I'm Hearty Hero. Welcome to Girl U Cute, But Can U Cook? Around here we keep it fresh, clean, and full of flavor, because good food should love you right back." Slot 2 · WHY ME? (Quiz Connection): "Oh, so you got Hearty Hero? That means you're grounded, intentional, and all about real nourishment. You know, pretty food is nice, but food that feeds your body and your spirit? That's the real win." Slot 3 · TELL ME MORE (Personality): "I grow what I can, sip my juices fresh, and keep my kitchen full of living flavor. Most days, it's herbs, greens, fruit, and food straight from the earth. And if I eat meat, salmon is about as far as I go." Slot 4 · GIVE ME A TIP (Kitchen Tip): "Here's a little tip. If you want clean food to taste amazing, don't skip acid and herbs. A squeeze of lemon, fresh garlic, and good seasoning can wake a whole plate up without weighing it down." Slot 5 · WHAT'S NEXT? (Challenge): "Now go make something beautiful, fresh, and full of life. Pick your recipe, plate it with love, take that picture, and PROVE IT. Let's see what kind of nourishment you're working with." All five of her recordings are built into the app in that exact order, byte for byte as you supplied them. The customer side shows her five labels only; this record stays here in Admin.
Script record audit, 2026-10-25 (all 55 written scripts checked against the original recordings). The first four characters' records (Savory Sweetheart, Flavor Baddie, Fresh Fashionista, Bold Baker) match their recordings word for word and are unchanged. The seven newer characters' records above started as machine transcripts and have now been corrected to what each recording actually says, in the same structured five-slot format: Spicy Starlet's greeting reads 'Wah gwaan' and her Slot 3 opens 'Listen, nah' exactly as recorded, Camille says 'omakase,' 'handbags,' 'soufflé,' and 'chérie,' Umami Unicorn says 'miso caramel,' Crispy Critic says 'Hunt's ketchup,' Fiery Fusionista's tip reads 'your sauce all have that flavor,' and every character's name, the brand name Girl U Cute But Can U Cook, and her PROVE IT close are written the way she says them. Caribbean patois, Southern speech, and every character's own dialect and personality are preserved exactly; nothing was standardized into generic English. No recording was changed, moved, regenerated, or reassigned, and playback is untouched.
Approved direction: still portrait, living frame, her real voice (admin only)
Your decision, locked 2026-10-24. Talking Cute Chefs is not a lip-sync feature anymore. The RunPod and SadTalker tests did not meet your visual quality standard, so no mouth, eyes, head, or face is ever animated, and no talking video is rendered or needed. Each character appears as her original approved portrait, completely still, exactly as approved.
What comes alive instead is the screen around her. Her stage wears her own colors (Savory Sweetheart: the teal-to-green of her photograph's background, with restrained copper accents). While her recorded voice plays, the outer frame breathes with her: the frame's rim and glow pulse gently for exactly as long as she is speaking. Her voice plays straight to the speakers and is never routed through that effect, so the pulse can never hold her sound hostage. It settles when the clip ends, pauses, or is muted, there are no flashing lights, stickers, sparkles, or floating graphics, and the pulse turns off entirely for anyone who prefers reduced motion. Nothing plays until the member taps WAKE {HER NAME}; that tap unlocks the audio and starts Play 1.
The complete asset set per character is five MP3s. Recorded by you in ElevenLabs with your own cloned voice, assigned in the panel above to Slot 1 SAY HELLO (Introduction), Slot 2 WHY ME? (Quiz Connection), Slot 3 TELL ME MORE (Personality), Slot 4 GIVE ME A TIP (Kitchen Tip), and Slot 5 WHAT'S NEXT? (Challenge). All eleven characters now have their recordings built into the app as installed files, five of five each: Savory Sweetheart, Flavor Baddie (character #2), Fresh Fashionista (character #3), Bold Baker (character #4), and, installed from your original files on your approval, Spicy Starlet, Camille, Umami Unicorn, Sour Scoundrel, Fiery Fusionista, Crispy Critic, and Hearty Hero.
Preview tools (founder only)
These controls live here in Admin now, not on customer pages. Use them to walk the creator experience the way a member would see it.
Account simulation (Admin testing only). Switch the whole preview to one test account, then open the Creator tab and tap VIEW THIS WEEK'S RECIPE on the mission in the dashboard. Guest: the purchase invitation shows and no recipe content opens. Approved Founding Creator: the original recipe page opens with no purchase prompt. Verified Cookbook Owner: the original recipe page opens with no purchase prompt. These controls live only in this owner-gated Admin panel, never on a customer-facing screen. The simulated owner state stands in for a verified purchase inside this preview only; it does not replace testing real Shopify purchase verification in the live build. The same simulations set the My Kitchen save state: the Guest is invited to create a free account when she tries to save anything, while the Founding Creator and Verified Owner simulations save as signed-in members. The Verified Free Member simulation signs in with no cookbook purchase: the same three sampler recipes open in full in My Kitchen, and the paid cookbook stays locked.
Current simulation: standard demo state (Standard Creator dashboard, no verified cookbook purchase).
Member storage (development notes)
Development documentation only: this storage information lives here in Admin, not on the customer-facing My Kitchen page. The 250 MB free allowance and all upload safeguards stay active behind the scenes on My Kitchen exactly as before. In the live build, actual storage usage belongs in account settings, with a simple notification when a member approaches her limit.
Preview checks: what was tested
These checks run inside this page, on demo data. They prove the rules behave. They do not move money, send email, or touch Shopify.
Not run yet in this session. Tap Run the checks.
Founder review: this revision
Corrections completed in this revision. (1) Cookbook panel cleaned: the correction banner, the referral-sale sentence, decision references, and preview-versus-live explanations are removed. The panel now reads only: "150+ recipes. Zero boring plates. Your cookbook is available as soon as your payment is confirmed. Choose a recipe, get cooking, and show us your plate." Its button follows access: "Get the Cookbook — $47.99" with no verified access, "Open My Cookbook" with verified access (logic in the page code, toggled by the access flag). (2) Decode saves finished: a saved decode now stores the full result (ingredients and amounts, method, steps, seasoning, substitutions) with its own unique entry, can be reopened in full from My Kitchen, and saving the same dish again creates a separate entry instead of blocking or overwriting. (3) Pricing separated: customer pages show only "3 credits for $5. One credit per successful decode—about $1.67 each." Provider name, cost estimate, and approval notes moved to the admin cost report above, with model, pricing source, and token assumptions. (4) Refund wording unified to "After two qualifying referral sales, you become eligible for a refund of your original $47.99 cookbook purchase, subject to verification." on the application, creator dashboard, refund tracker, and FAQ. Refunds stay separate from commissions and return through the original Shopify order. (5) The unsupported "40% of this week's spotlight posts" sentence is removed. (7) All six open decisions now sit in one private admin checklist above, flagged for approval, with customer-facing decision references removed. (8) Character spaces stay empty, with size and crop specs and a per-character focal-point control added to the uploader. (9) All 11 approved character photos are now placed: the cookbook character pages Jamila supplied, matched name to image, showing in the gallery, quiz results, and the personalized home banner, each with a focal point set to keep her face in frame. No character space is left empty.
Digital policy update. The digital cookbook policy is displayed before purchase on the cookbook page: all digital sales final, no voluntary refunds after delivery or access, subject to applicable law, with legally required refunds, unauthorized transactions, and disputes handled separately. Purchase requires tapping an acknowledgment of that policy first; in this preview the acknowledgment and the purchase confirmation are simulated in the page. The same all-sales-final line appears in the refund tracker, which states the two-sale reimbursement is a Creator Army benefit, separate from the customer policy.
Classroom, cookbook link, and seasoning update (latest pass). Enter the Classroom now opens the official Skool link directly. Every Get the Cookbook purchase action for non-buyers points to the exact direct Shopify cookbook product link, not the homepage; access stays locked until Shopify verifies the purchase in the live build, then the button reads Open My Cookbook. Approved Founding Creators receive authorized cookbook access, and that checklist item is now DECIDED. The seasoning area is reduced to name, COMING SOON, and waitlist only: heat meter, pairings, flavor descriptions, missions list, invented pricing and purchase links are removed, and Show Recipes is inactive until verified seasoning recipes are provided.
Admin tab hidden until sign-in (latest pass). Per your word: the Admin tab no longer shows in the public navigation. It stays hidden for guests and members and appears only after you sign in with your owner account at the front door. The Admin area itself stays locked behind its owner gate, exactly as before.
My Kitchen, in your words (latest pass). My Kitchen now opens with your tagline and welcome, Saved Recipes is My Recipe Box, Saved Decodes is My Decoded Plates, and the challenge strip is Now, Prove It! with your closing line and a Decode Another Plate button. Two featured recipes from your cookbook are in the Recipe Box: Shrimp & Spinach French Bread (Slay 20, Cook 20, Serves 6) and Creamy Mac & Cheese Bliss (Slay 20, Cook 45, Serves 8), side by side on desktop and stacked on phones. Each card shows your finished-dish photograph; each recipe view shows your original recipe-page image itself, exactly as supplied, with no retyped or rewritten recipe text. Access is simulated the same way as the cookbook: without verified access the button reads Get My Cookbook and goes to the purchase experience; verified owners and approved Founding Creators (switch the dashboard view in Preview tools) see View Recipe and open the full page. Both recipes are registered in the content manager above, so the food photo and recipe page can be replaced, and more recipes added, without code changes. Your personal saved recipes and saved decodes work exactly as before, underneath the featured pair.
Clean portraits only, and your cover banner (latest pass, final word). The placements now hold only your 11 clean portraits, the ones with no words on them, one per character, matched name to portrait: gallery, quiz results, and the personalized home banner all use the clean set, with each focal point set on her face. The cookbook-page images are out of those placements entirely, so the app shows 11 character images total, not 22. Spicy Starlet's clean portrait is in, completing the set at 11 of 11. Home also carries a wide 16:9 banner with your cookbook cover artwork exactly as you supplied it, framed whole so neither cook's face is cut, and with no added headline or text of any kind on it.
Mission correction pass (MARRY YOURSELF FIRST). The weekly mission panel now carries exactly two buttons: VIEW THIS WEEK'S RECIPE (the existing access-gated action, opening the original page 142, Marry Me Sun-dried Tomato Spinach Salmon, Camille, Slay 15, Cook 15, Serves 4) and GET MY CREATOR LINK, which returns the signed-in approved creator's own existing personal link (the same link their dashboard shows; no new or generic link is created) and is hidden from guests and non-creator accounts. The Save to My Kitchen button is removed from the mission panel only; the general save feature still works elsewhere in the app. The automatic Recipe Box entry is removed: personal Recipe Boxes start empty and hold only recipes a member intentionally saves, and the two featured cookbook recipes (Shrimp & Spinach French Bread, Creamy Mac & Cheese Bliss) remain as the separate featured display. Admin Preview tools gained an account simulation (Guest, approved Founding Creator, verified cookbook owner) for click-testing the recipe gate; the controls exist only in this owner-gated panel, and the simulated owner state does not replace real Shopify purchase verification testing. Pre-launch security requirement recorded in the private checklist: protected recipe images must move to private storage with server-enforced authorization in the live build; this static preview does not and cannot pass that item.
Mission moved to the Creator dashboard (latest pass, Stage 1). The MARRY YOURSELF FIRST weekly mission panel moved off the Cookbook page and into the Creator Army dashboard, at the top under your daily reminder. The old line "Assigned recipe, straight from the blueprint. Cook it, create the content, post it with your link." is deleted. In its place the panel carries your approved message, word for word: the "WHO SAID "MARRY ME" HAD TO BE ABOUT A MAN?" hook, the marry-yourself paragraphs, and COOK IT. PLATE IT. TAKE THE PICTURE. PROVE IT. The original Marry Me Salmon recipe, food photograph, access checks, and exactly two mission buttons (VIEW THIS WEEK'S RECIPE and GET MY CREATOR LINK) are unchanged and work in the new location; the Admin account simulations now open the dashboard so the three account paths can be click-tested there. Exactly one weekly mission exists, no affiliate rules changed, and the Cookbook page keeps everything else exactly as it was. My Kitchen was not touched in this pass; its expansion comes after you review the Stage 2 proposal.
My Kitchen Stage 3: the three collections are built (this pass). Inside the existing My Kitchen page, My Recipe Box is now one box with three selectable collections, exactly as approved: FROM THE COOKBOOK (the two featured examples, Shrimp & Spinach French Bread and Creamy Mac & Cheese Bliss, kept as discovery displays and never auto-saved, plus the member's own saved cookbook bookmarks), MY OWN RECIPES (a simple phone-friendly form: title, ingredients, instructions, optional prep time, cook time, servings, categories or tags, and an optional food photograph, with search by name, edit, and delete), and SAVED FROM EVERYWHERE (an outside website link, a recipe screenshot, or a personal photo, with title, notes, category, a button back to the original site, search, edit, and delete). Nothing was scraped and no AI importer was added: manual entry only, as approved. My Decoded Plates and Now, Prove It! are untouched on the same page. Guest saves now ask for a free account first (entrance sign-in and the Admin simulations set the member state). Uploads split by kind: food photographs compress to at most 1600px JPEG; recipe screenshots are never shrunk under 2048px and are not re-encoded when they already fit, so text stays readable; HEIC photos convert through the browser decoder where supported and otherwise explain the iPhone fix. The approved 250 MB free allowance is one adjustable setting; the page shows approximate usage, and deleting an entry deletes its uploaded image with it. Honest limits of this static preview: there is no Supabase connection here yet, so real registration, account persistence across devices, member-versus-member isolation with two real accounts, and server enforcement of the quota are NOT TESTED and remain live-build work on her own GitHub repository and Supabase project (free development tier; no paid service activated, nothing deployed). Two-account isolation testing and the live-build test list are recorded in the Preview checks above.
Universal free sampler (this pass). The free recipe system is now the founder's finalized model on every screen. Every verified free member receives the same three complete recipes in My Kitchen, under YOUR FREE SAMPLER: Strawberry Bailey's Infused Stuffed French Toast (The Crispy Critic, cookbook PDF page 194), Fiery Jamaican Jerk Chicken (Spicy Starlet, page 90), and Lobster Mac & Cheese (Camille, page 124). The recipe text is the cookbook's own wording, transcribed verbatim from the founder's extracted sampler pages, Bailey's included; nothing was rewritten, shortened, or substituted, and no other paid cookbook content was added to this page. The sampler list is a fixed constant that never reads the member's character, so retaking the quiz or switching among all 11 characters cannot unlock a fourth recipe; the Preview checks now prove that by setting each character in turn. Guests see the sampler listed and are invited to create a free account to open it. Home and the Cookbook page state the same rule, the quiz result points free recipe seekers to the sampler while See My Character's Recipes still shows her previews, and Meet All 11 now labels the 33 character dishes as previews (names only, no ingredients or instructions). The two featured cookbook recipes and the creator mission recipe stay behind the verified-access gate exactly as before, so paid owners and approved Founding Creators keep their full authorized access, and an Admin simulation for a Verified Free Member was added to click-test the sampler path. The sampler cards now carry the founder's own cookbook artwork, extracted full frame from the cookbook PDF: the French toast from page 193, the jerk chicken from page 89, and the lobster mac from page 123, each matched to its recipe, with no substitute or redesigned images. Access persistence across signing out and back in remains a connected-build test, as recorded above.
Decode My Plate launch package completed (this pass). The founder approved the official launch package on 2026-10-24: 3 decode credits for $5. The customer credit card now shows 3 DECODE CREDITS · $5 with the final GET 3 CREDITS · $5 button, inactive in this preview: it accepts no money and awards no credits until production payment verification is operational. A How Decode Works panel walks the full customer flow: get the pack, pick a mystery plate or upload a photo, decode for 1 credit, receive the complete recipe, save it to My Kitchen. Simulated purchases and credits remain Admin-only. Every finished decode now uses the complete recipe format: dish name, photo-based introduction in brand voice, servings / prep time / cook time, WHAT YOU'LL NEED with estimated measurements, LET'S GET COOKING! with numbered steps, temperatures, and timing, MAKE IT YOURS swaps and tips, PHOTO ESTIMATE with uncertainty and allergy notes, and SAVE TO MY KITCHEN for the entire recipe. The three mystery plates (THE LOADED SITUATION, THE MYSTERY TOWER, THE FLAVOR PLOT TWIST) each carry a complete prepared demonstration recipe in this format, labeled PREPARED DEMONSTRATION, never as live AI results; their real names stay private in the Admin testing panel, and the future live AI receives the photograph alone, with no dish name or ingredient hints. Production requirements are documented in the Admin Decode panel: Shopify $5 digital credit product and checkout, signed webhook order verification, Supabase authentication and server-side balances with Row Level Security, a protected transaction ledger with duplicate-order prevention, real AI photo analysis, secure recipe storage for My Kitchen, and refund, dispute, and failed-processing handling. GitHub transfer and Supabase integration have not begun, per the approved sequence.
Talking Cute Chefs: first production test built (this pass). A new character experience, Hear Her Talk, is added as an enhancement reached from each gallery card and from the quiz result; nothing existing was removed or redesigned. Selecting a character makes her original approved portrait the hero of her experience, on an ambient glow and controls tinted from her own photograph's palette (Savory Sweetheart: her teal-to-green background with warm copper controls; the app's global colors are unchanged, and there are no stickers, sparkles, floating graphics, or glowing face effects). She stays silent until WAKE {HER NAME} is tapped; that tap unlocks audio and plays Play 1, her introduction. Play 1 to 5 buttons, Play/Pause, Replay, and Mute/Unmute all work off one shared player: only one clip plays at a time, choosing a new line stops the previous one, and leaving the experience or switching characters stops playback. Nothing autoplays. The owner Admin gained a Talking Cute Chefs panel with, per character, one portrait upload (wired to the same approved image used everywhere), five numbered MP3 slots with in-panel preview, replace, and remove, an optional rendered talking-video slot per line, and a saved file mapping that lists exactly which file is Play 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Files play in the assigned order only. Savory Sweetheart's Play 1 and Play 2 carry her founder-approved lines verbatim; Play 3, 4, and 5 are marked awaiting final dialogue approval, and no dialogue was written or generated for any character. Lip-sync is not faked: her portrait does not bounce or loop a mouth. The Admin Lip-sync production panel documents the offline rendering step (portrait + MP3 rendered once into a reusable MP4 on a computer with an NVIDIA GPU, then uploaded per slot) and the licensing investigation: Wav2Lip is restricted to non-commercial research use, MuseTalk's MIT code still needs its model weights verified, and SadTalker's bundled face-restoration models are non-commercial, so no model is adopted until commercial licensing is confirmed in writing. No MP3s have been uploaded yet, so her slots currently report awaiting upload honestly instead of playing substitute audio.
Talking Cute Chefs: your approved direction built, Savory pilot first (this pass). Per your decision after the RunPod tests, lip-sync is closed: the talking-video slots are removed from Admin and from the player, no video is rendered, and no portrait is ever animated. Her screen comes alive instead. Savory Sweetheart's five ElevenLabs recordings, in your own cloned voice, are now built into the app in their exact Play 1 to 5 order (introduction, quiz connection, personality, kitchen tip, challenge), with all five of your approved lines shown word for word. WAKE SAVORY SWEETHEART unlocks the audio and plays Play 1; Play 1 to 5, Replay, Pause, and Mute/Unmute all run on the one shared player, one clip at a time, nothing autoplaying. While she speaks, the outer frame breathes with her real voice: a Web Audio analyser reads her speech level and gently pulses the frame's copper rim and teal-green glow in time with her words, settling when the clip ends, pauses, or is muted, and switching off entirely for reduced-motion settings. Her photograph stays completely still, in her teal and green with restrained copper, and the app's other pages are untouched. The other ten chefs keep their empty slots and their Wake buttons until you approve Savory's screen; then the same system takes their five recordings the same way.
Talking Cute Chefs: customer labels on all 11, Flavor Baddie added (this pass). The corrections from Creator Army Preview (16) are now applied to every character. The technical Play 1-5 labels are gone from the customer experience: her five voice buttons read SAY HELLO, WHY ME?, TELL ME MORE, GIVE ME A TIP, and WHAT'S NEXT? on all 11 characters' pages. The personalized buttons stay: MEET {HER NAME} on every gallery card and WAKE {HER NAME} on her page, with Play/Pause, Replay, and Mute unchanged on the one shared player. Every development note and missing-upload instruction is out of the customer experience (a character whose clips are not in yet simply says her voice is on its way); slot numbers, production purposes, and upload guidance live in Admin only. Flavor Baddie is character #2: her five approved lines are stored word for word in her Admin profile above, in slot order, under her voice personality (confident, playful, bougie, funny, full of attitude; natural grown-woman delivery), and her five numbered ElevenLabs MP3 upload slots are ready for you to upload in that exact order. When the quiz selects her, her page shows her original portrait in her Baddie Pink palette with the five correctly assigned voice buttons, and her outer frame pulses gently with her voice while her photograph stays completely still. Savory Sweetheart's built-in setup is untouched, and no dialogue was assigned to the remaining nine characters.
Talking Cute Chefs: Fresh Fashionista added (this pass). Fresh Fashionista is character #3, added exactly the way Flavor Baddie was. Her five approved lines are stored word for word in her Admin profile above, in slot order, and her five numbered ElevenLabs MP3 upload slots are ready for you to upload in that exact order. When the quiz selects her, her page shows her original portrait in her Fresh Teal palette with the five correctly assigned voice buttons (SAY HELLO, WHY ME?, TELL ME MORE, GIVE ME A TIP, WHAT'S NEXT?) and her personalized WAKE FRESH FASHIONISTA button, and her outer frame pulses gently with her voice while her photograph stays completely still. Savory Sweetheart's and Flavor Baddie's setups are untouched, and no dialogue was assigned to the remaining eight characters.
Talking Cute Chefs: Bold Baker added (this pass). Bold Baker is character #4, added exactly the way Fresh Fashionista was. Her five approved lines are stored word for word in her Admin profile above, in slot order, and her five numbered ElevenLabs MP3 upload slots are ready for you to upload in that exact order. When the quiz selects her, her page shows her original portrait in her Caramel Bronze palette with the five correctly assigned voice buttons (SAY HELLO, WHY ME?, TELL ME MORE, GIVE ME A TIP, WHAT'S NEXT?) and her personalized WAKE BOLD BAKER button, and her outer frame pulses gently with her voice while her photograph stays completely still. Savory Sweetheart's, Flavor Baddie's, and Fresh Fashionista's setups are untouched, and no dialogue was assigned to the remaining seven characters.
Still waiting on you. The remaining open items in the private checklist: commissions on standard creators' first two qualifying sales; and the seasoning launch content (official images, description, pricing, purchase link, and verified seasoning recipes). The Decode My Plate price is approved (3 credits for $5) and no longer on this list. Founding Creator cookbook access and your Skool classroom link are decided and no longer on this list. Your 11 approved character photos are in (gallery, quiz, and home). Nothing else is waiting on images.
Decode My Plate: official test plates and corrected credits (this pass). The three demonstration plates are now the founder's official photographs: the loaded fries, the stacked tower, and the salmon nachos, shown at their natural proportions with a View larger view, and replaceable in the Admin Decode testing panel. The old pasta, baked clams, and Cheeto tenders examples are removed. The correct dish names are recorded privately in that Admin panel as scoring references only; they are never sent with an analysis request, and the preview's prepared results are labeled DEMONSTRATION RESULT. Credits follow the production rule in this preview: members start at 0, the customer-facing purchase button adds nothing and states that credits arrive only after a verified Shopify payment, and simulated purchases, a decode-failure simulation, and a simulated credit ledger live only in the Admin testing panel. A completed test decode uses exactly 1 simulated credit; a failed one uses 0. The Shopify, Supabase, and live AI requirements (verified webhook, idempotent order crediting, server-side balances with a transaction ledger, reserve-then-settle credit use, photo-only AI requests with estimates labeled as estimates) are recorded in the Admin Decode panel; no production payment and no live AI processing is active.
What works only within this preview. Logins, cookbook access flag, credits and Admin-only simulated credit purchases, decode generation from the three official test plates, saving decodes (full details, for this page session only), applications and approvals, image uploads and focal points, and every dollar figure. Closing or reloading the page resets preview state.
What is connected and tested, with results. Connected: nothing. This static preview has no backend, so no Supabase or Shopify connection exists here to test. Tested inside the page (see Preview checks panel): the credit rule, duplicate-order guard, quiz-recipes-first ordering, and age gate all pass as in-page simulations. Not tested and not claimed: Shopify order verification, and whether saved decodes remain after signing out and back in. That persistence check can only be verified in the connected build, where saves are stored on the account; it is listed here as outstanding, not passed. Admin in the live build must use authenticated permissions; the preview owner-email field is not the live security check.
External links and the 33 recipes (this pass). ENTER THE CLASSROOM and ENTER THE PROVE IT CHALLENGE are plain anchors to the official Skool link with target="_top", and GET MY COOKBOOK is a real anchor to the Shopify product with target="_top" behind the same policy-acknowledgment gate; no window.open pop-up remains anywhere in the app. Because an embedded preview host can refuse top-level navigation from inside its frame, each destination also prints its full address as selectable text with a COPY LINK button beside it, so the classroom and the cookbook stay reachable even where a preview blocks the tap. The 33 Cute Chef recipes are fully inventoried (see the Preview checks panel): full original text confirmed in the founder's manuscript for all 33; the 3 sampler recipes and the featured Creamy Mac & Cheese Bliss open completely from a saved favorite under the existing free and verified-access rules; the remaining 29 are paid content, deliberately not embedded in this public file, and open in the live build through Supabase after purchase verification. No separate original food photographs exist on file for those 29, so none were shown or substituted. Remaining trademark sweep: zero ™ or ® attached to Creator Army anywhere in the app.
